jeff kalmbach rock god Born in suburban New York, Jeff Kalmbach began his obsession with music in 1992 upon his discovery of the music of Queen. Shortly thereafter Jeff began studying guitar and quickly became one of the most notable guitarist in the area. In 1998 Jeff moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance. In 2003 Jeff came to the bay area of California where he has had tenures in bands like The Feed, NARC, The Aphrodisiacs, RubberSideDown and Police tribute band Stung. Jeff has shared stages with artists like George Lynch, Eddie Money, Bo Bice, Pat Travers, Gilby Clarke, English Beat and The Joe Perry Project. Jeff performs with the Pearl Jam tribute band Riot Act and is working on an instrumental solo album entitled This is Not Here. Currently instructing at Walnut Creek’s Redhouse Studios, Jeff runs ensembles, master classes, and has a full roster of private students.
